Although I had grown up singing and dancing, my first foray into musical theatre happened in the early 70's (yes I know how old that makes me) when Notre Dame University was in Nelson. I performed in Hello Dolly, Anne of Green Gables and Cabaret. They were some of the best moments in my life at that time. Then real life happened and my musical theatre career came to a giant halt. Flash forward to 2012...with my life in a very different place I decided it was time to try it again. Along came Jesus Christ Superstar. Once again it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I felt blessed to be part of an incredibly talented cast. So now I'm hooked. I am now part of this much smaller but just as incredibly talented team and I am thrilled to be not only a part of the cast but having my first go-around in the production end as the choreographer. An astounding amount of work has gone into this community theatre production of Rent and I am proud to be a part of it. "Forget regret, or life is yours to miss."
